Size & Type of Project

This design-build project involves the construction of two new multi-story buildings.  MCF is a two-story, 254,086 SF facility consisting of offices, conference & collaboration areas, workshop areas, support areas, and an optional cafeteria.  RCR is a two-story, 84,958 SF facility consisting of warehouse spaces, offices, a library, building management/ shipping spaces, record processing spaces, conference & collaboration areas, and support areas.  The entirety of both structures will be built as a SCIF.  Additional site work will consist of curb and gutter, walkways, patios, and roads.

MCE Scope of Services

Meyer Consulting Engineers is functioning as the Quality Control/Quality Assurance/Independent Inspection Agency for the project. MCE utilized qualified personnel, state-of-the-art equipment, and systems to handle the special inspections and construction materials testing for this project.  Our work included conducting a wide range of tests and observations performed in both on-site inspection and off-site laboratory testing of soils, cast-in-place concrete, reinforcing steel, bituminous concrete, masonry, fireproofing, firestopping and structural steel to determine compliance with the plans, specifications, and referenced industry standards. Work began in June 2023 with completion in the November of 2025, The construction cost was $44 Million.
