Project Description
Size & Type of Project – Office Building Conversion to Apartments
The Patuxent Commons is a supportive community for people of all ages and abilities for the Hickory Ridge area. The new four-story building will consist of three levels with seventy-six apartments units and amenity space above and parking spaces below. The building consists of 99,500 sqft and the garage 23,000 sqft. The below grade parking and level one of the residential building will be cast in place concrete with the remaining level being wood framed,
MCE Scope of Work
Meyer Consulting Engineers functioned as the Structural Engineer of Record for the project. Our work spanned the schematic, construction document, bidding, and construction administration phases. Design work began in October 2022.
