Size & Type of Project
The property back to a neighborhood park and consists of fifteen buildings with each building containing two levels and a basement. The primary construction is wood framing on masonry bearing wall and brick façade. The project consisted of the renovation of the majority of the units and some structural modifications to bearing walls for new community room.
MCE Scope of Work
Meyer Consulting Engineers functioned as the Structural Engineer of Record for the project. Our work spanned the conducting am existing condition survey, schematic, construction document, bidding, and construction administration phases. Design work began in October 2020.
