The Canton Overlook is a new community that sits just minutes from I-95 providing easy access to the Baltimore area. The new community consists of 2 four-story buildings with four levels which contain one hundred fifty apartment units and amenity space. The total combined square feet of both buildings are 165,000. Level one of both buildings is a cast in place concrete slab on grade, the four elevated levels are wood framed with prefabricated wood roof trusses.

Meyer Consulting Engineers functioned as the Structural Engineer of Record for the project. Our work encompassed design development, construction document, and construction administration phases. The project is proceeding with schematic design began in April 2021 with construction document completion in February 2023.
