Lerner Black Hill is a new luxury transit-oriented apartment community. The apartment buildings consist of 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments. The 355-unit community is positioned on a 110- acre serene setting. Each building consists of a 4-story wood framed structure on slab on grade with wood framed roof trusses.
Scope of Services
Meyer Consulting Engineers is functioning as the Special Inspection Agency for the project. MCE utilized qualified personnel, state-of-the-art equipment, and systems to handle the special inspections and construction materials testing for this project. Our work included conducting a wide range of tests and observations performed in both on-site inspection and off-site laboratory testing of cast-in-place concrete, reinforcing steel, masonry, firestopping, wood framing and structural steel to determine compliance with the plans, specifications, and referenced industry standards.
